IBM Infosphere admin will handle IBM tools (IIS,WAS,MDM,BPM,RDM and DB2) infrastructure support and Maintain the all environments.
Install/configure IBM Infosphere server suite components on Linux/Windows environments.
Install/Configure WebSphere Application Server, MDM, RDM, BPM, DB2 on Linux/Windows environments. Upgrade/ Migrate implementation experience in IBM tools Infosphere information server, WAS, BPM, RDM, MDM and DB2.
Post install Configuration, various data sources configuration for the plug-ins, connectors as well as ODBC configurations.
Stop/start services, monitor logs, setting up Security, assigning roles, project permissions, Create/Delete projects, create/modify environmental parameters etc.
Apply fixes, patches and service packs as required. Ensure infrastructure and application stability through preventative maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing long term solutions.
Deploy the code from lower environments to prod environment.
LDAP, SSL configuration on IBM tools.
Maintain the Backup and Recovery on all IBM components.
Experience on docker, Kubernetes, git tools.
Master Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines
10+ year experience in Infosphere and WebSphere components administration.
Must have very good oral and written communication skills.
Must have experience in presenting the findings to large audiences.
Manage a global team of campaign analysts , coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign workflow development, proofing and execution
Interface directly with Project and Business teams, address and manage customer requests and communicate status
Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually
Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Management team Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic ? Workflow activities, Delivery activities, Technical workflows, User and Role Administration
Basic understanding of set logic required
Detail-oriented and organized – able to balance changing workloads
Ability to work on multiple teams concurrently
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
